Mineral Fusion Volumizing Conditioner: Review
In short: it sucks.
As I’ve mentioned, I co-wash, preferably with products that contain fewer possibly-dangerous ingredients. So when I saw this on sale at Whole Foods, I wanted to try it.
Volumizing conditioners are usually best for co-washing, since they’re usually less likely to leave residue / weigh down your hair. NOT THIS ONE. It took forever to blow-dry my hair, and when I finally finished, it felt and looked simultaneously dried out and heavy with product. Gross.
A day later, it looks even worse. Granted, this was after a henna process, but that’s not normal. Usually hair looks shiny and full after washing out henna, due to its nourishing properties. So… it must be the conditioner.
Thankfully WF allows returns. >_>
